L.B.D. Un-versity believes that everyone should have the opportunity to study any topic that interests them. While we understand that tuition is necessary for colleges to be able to afford to provide the facilities needed for formal education, we also recognize that this can put formal higher education out of the reach of many.

Fortunately modern information technology provides the means for almost anyone with enough motivation to make up for this problem. True it won’t bequeath them the formal slip of paper that some businesses seem to want so much, but the knowledge itself is what’s important to most people.

As it grows, L.B.D. Un-versity hopes to offer information that will help visitors find the materials and programs that will help them learn about the topics that interest them.
